How are shipping costs calculated?
We are thrilled to announce that we don't charge you ANYTHING for shipping.
What is Buyer Protection?
Buyer Protection is a set of guarantees that enables buyers to shop with confidence on our website.
You are protected when:
- The item you ordered did not arrive within the time promised by the seller.
- The item you received was not as described.
- The item you received that was assured to be genuine was fake.
WHERE'S MY ORDER/HOW LONG DOES SHIPPING TAKE?
You have nothing to worry about. We will send tracking information to the e-mail address associated with your order once the item has shipped.Your orders will always arrive between 8 -16 business days, guaranteed!ONLY PART OF MY ORDER ARRIVED, WHERE'S THE REST?
Again, it's on it's way! As stated on your order status page, as well as in the shipping policies, most orders will arrive in multiple packages if ordering more than one item. We do this to offer you the cheapest prices ! The rest of your order will arrive in due time, within the delivery timeframes!
WHERE DO YOU GUYS SHIP FROM?
We ship directly from our quality manufacturers and suppliers warehouse overseas to save you HUGE amounts of money on shipping prices worldwide! They have access to very affordable shipping options so we pass those savings on to you by shipping directly from them, and charging you absolutely NOTHING for shipping!
WHAT'S YOUR RETURN/REFUND POLICY?
Since we ship directly from our manufacturers, we currently are unable to offer returns for simple matters of choosing a wrong size or changing your mind. However, if your item arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, we will immediately reship you a new item upon receipt of a picture of the damage! IF for some reason the item is now out of stock, we will offer a refund or a different item to replace it.
CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?
We begin processing orders VERY quickly, to YOUR benefit! Once we place the order with our supplier, we cannot cancel your order.
